NERIS THE RUFFLES DRESS LAPIS

The Ruffles Dress is a cute but chic Summer style in a dark blue and ink check. It has a full button through front (breastfeeding friendly). 

It has a sweet Peter Pan collar trimmed with a ruffle and the short sleeves are also trimmed with a ruffle. The dress has a tiered body and each tier has a beautiful ruffle detail.
